BBQ XYLOPYROPHONE - OVEN CONSTRUCTION
with Laurent Tixador, for the 15th edition of La Quinzaine radieuse.
Help build a sound-producing oven from mud bricks: xylopyrophone. The play will be activated on Saturday 17 June at the opening of La Quinzaine radieuse.
Shovels, spades, trowels, buckets, a big pile of clay, a big bag of sand, used as a mould to build the perfectly spherical dome, chestnut and softwood firewood: this is the list of materials that will be used to build the Pyroxylophone, a flared alandern oven which, thanks to this particular feature, will metamorphose into a musical instrument. Spruce concerto or larch symphony to be expected.

Making kitchen-related textiles: aprons, napkins, bundles, skullcaps, etc. to be used in the styling performance on Saturday 17 June during the collective BBQ meal (opening of La Quinzaine radieuse 15).

BIG STUMP - RUSTICATION WORKSHOP
with Stéphane Vigny and Philippe Le Feron
Support for the production of Stéphane Vigny's BIG STUMP, a monumental rustic sculpture representing a giant sequoia stump that will be used as a stage set on Sunday 18 June 2023 for the opening of La Quinzaine radieuse.
An introduction to the practice of rusticage and the various techniques involved in modelling cement.

PLANTING THE ORCHARD OF THE THIRD PARADISE WITH JOEL AUXENFANS / SUNDAY 14 FEBRUARY 2021
Le Verger du Troisième Paradis is a participatory project in support of local organic production that artist Joël Auxenfans is running in Piacé, in close collaboration with the association Pique the radiant and in partnership with Cittadellarte-Fondazione Pistoletto.
Planting of an orchard comprising 62 varieties of fruit trees and shrubs in the garden of the Kub d'Or in the heart of the village of Piacé. The design of the orchard is inspired by the Third Paradise by the international Italian artist and co-founder of Arte Povera, Michelangelo Pistoletto.
PRINTEMPS DE L'ARCHITECTURE: HIDDEN DIMENSION 2015 - BUBBLE SIX HULLS J-B MANEVAL
Workshop 2015
A veritable icon of French architecture, a six-shell bubble designed by architect Jean-Benjamin Maneval is currently being restored. The project can be followed on David Liaudet's Réseau National des Micro et Mobiles Architectures and will be completed in Spring 2015.

The money raised will be used to finance part of the re-fabrication of the plexiglass windows, to restore them as closely as possible to their original state.

With the support of the Commune de Piacé and as part of the redevelopment of the Bourg de Piacé, the association is currently making street furniture (tables, chairs, benches) based on Enzo Mari's plans and drawings from his manifesto "Proposta per un'autoprogettazione".

KENJI HARAÏ
Residence 2014-2015
A former graduate of the École supérieure des Beaux-Arts in Le Mans and currently a professor at Sapporo University in Japan, artist Kenji Haraï held a residency in Piacé in 2014-2015.
At the end of the residency, a work was created: The cow now part of the Piacé le radieux art course.

Residence 2013
In residence at the Bains-Douches art centre in Alençon in 2013, artist Stéphane Vigny is building a bridge between Orne and Sarthe.
A partnership has been set up between the Bains-Douches and the Piacé le radieux association.
A chance to discover the artist's work in two different worlds.
Double exhibition at the end of the residency: Radiant capsule in Piacé and Olga, are we going home? in Alençon + Creation of a sculpture Untitled (Richard Lemieuvre)an elegant fusion of an old EDF pole model and a new
church windows. The work joins the Piacé le radieux art trail.
SÉVERINE HUBARD
Residence/Workshop 2012
In residence at the Bains-Douches art centre in Alençon in June 2012, the artist Séverine Hubard is building a bridge between Orne and Sarthe.
A partnership has been set up between the Bains-Douches and the Piacé le radieux association.
A chance to discover the artist's work in two different worlds.
At Piacé le radieux, she sets up her sculpture Hyacinth descended from heaven in 2012, joining the Piacé art trail. Unfortunately, the piece was affected by a fungus and had to be destroyed. It was burnt on 23 June 2018 to mark the opening of the 10th edition of La Quinzaine radieuse.
DAVID MICHAEL CLARKE
Residence 2012
David Michael Clarke's residency as part of the "Écritures de lumière" programme offered by the DRAC. The work produced by pupils from Piacé school and Beaumont sur Sarthe secondary school was exhibited in June 2012 as part of the Quinzaine radieuse #4.
The "Écritures de lumière" programme was launched in 2008 by the French Ministry of Culture and Communication.
It aims to encourage the development of cultural and artistic practices related to photography, and is based in particular on photographic residencies, set up in partnership between cultural facilities, schools and child and youth centres.
