Façade panels, Jean Prouvé, 1965

The façade panels come from the Lycée André-Argouges (Grenoble), designed in 1965 by Jean Prouvé. They have been saved and recovered thanks to the work of the artist Ibai Hernandorena, who in 2011, in response to a public commission, created a "Place to be" kiosk in the same school, made up of various Prouvé elements (cf. http://www.dda-aquitaine.org/.../ib.../place-to-be-2011-914.html ). Here in Piacé, the assembled panels form the front of a garage adjoining the Espace Bézard - Le Corbusier...
