Moulin de Blaireau

Located in the heart of the village, next to the church, the Moulin de Blaireau is the home of the art centre. It has an exhibition space on the ground floor. The north side overlooks a courtyard and the village's main street, while the south side opens onto a wooded park featuring microarchitectures.

Located in the garden of the Moulin de Blaireau, the Grange noire is a former sheepfold. It hosts exhibitions as well as performances, readings, concerts and more.

Expace le corbusier Photo Paul Hamelin

Espace Bézard-Le Corbusier

A space dedicated to the utopian project of the Radiant Farm and Cooperative Village imagined in the 1930s by Le Corbusier and Norbert Bézard to develop the countryside. Plans, models, archives and more retrace the history of this project. The exhibition also features ceramics, drawings and paintings by Norbert Bézard.

Extension

An appendix to the Espace Bézard-Le Corbusier, the Extension brings together the Piacé le radieux publishing house. Its frontage is made up of Jean Prouvé façade panels, while its interior is lined with BLOC bricks designed by the Bouroullec brothers.

Kub d'Or

A former village butcher's shop, the Kub d'Or is a place for artistic experimentation and exchange. Its shop window is an exhibition space, and its outbuildings are places for sharing: Joël Auxenfans' Verger du troisième Paradis, Maroussia Rebecq/Andrea Crews' boutique/sewing workshop.

Oblique House

The Maison Oblique stands on the side of the main road between Alençon and Le Mans. It houses part of a full-scale reconstruction of architect Claude Parent's flat. On its gable, a painting by the artist Jean-Baptiste Sauvage The Golden Route.

Saint-Léger chapel

Just a ten-minute walk from the Moulin de Blaireau, the Chapelle Saint-Léger stands on the heights of Piacé. It regularly hosts exhibitions, film screenings, etc.
Two of the works on the itinerary are installed on his land: Nicolas Milhé's La Meurtrière and Stéphane Vigny's Big Stump, a huge, rusticated sequoia stump that can be used to create a new home.
